About our store
Dulce Aroma by Gaby offers fragrances, candles, accessories, clothing, home finds and other curated products. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are made directly from Dulce Aroma by Gaby. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Shipping, Return & Refund, and Privacy policies, available through the website footer.

Shopping and account information
Please provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or have the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Products and availability
Please review each product's description, size, materials, ingredients and care instructions before ordering. Colors can vary between screens. Product availability and prices may change before an order is placed. Atmospheric brand photography illustrates the style of our boutique; the images and details on each product page identify the item offered for sale.

Orders, prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material error, we will contact you to arrange a correction or cancellation. We will not substitute an item or increase the amount charged without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled items and applicable charges to the original payment method.

Shipping
We currently sell and ship only within the United States. Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, Standard Ground rates, estimated delivery and fragrance shipping limitations. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If we cannot ship within our stated processing period, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund. Contact us if a package is damaged, delayed or missing so we can help resolve the issue.

Returns and cancellations
You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the condition requirements and procedures in our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order ships, our return process applies. These terms do not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse payment information, interfere with security, transmit harmful material or infringe another person's rights. Our original branding and content, and any third-party trademarks or materials, belong to their respective owners.
